2. Data and collection
Your full name, telephone number, email, selected training and registration request are collected electronically through this form. Your acknowledgement, notice version and registration time are stored with your request.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use these details to receive and assess your request, organise training and contact you about your participation. Processing directly related to your request relies on establishing or performing a contract under Article 5/2(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698; applicable legal obligations and protecting rights rely on Articles 5/2(ç) and 5/2(e). This form does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing.
4. Access and disclosures
Authorised company staff may access registrations. Hosting and email providers may process data to provide technical services. Legally authorised authorities may receive data where required. Registration notifications use Microsoft 365. Any international transfer arising from the service configuration must satisfy Article 9 and applicable safeguards.
5. Retention
Data is retained for the registration and training process and applicable statutory retention periods. When processing grounds cease, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable requirements.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11, you may learn whether data is processed, request information, learn the purposes and recipients, request correction, request deletion or destruction where applicable and notification to recipients, object to adverse results from automated analysis, and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Submit requests with identity verification information to the company address above or to info@constantdanismanlik.com using the applicable application procedure. Requests are answered as soon as possible and within 30 days.
7. Acknowledgement
“I have read and confirm” acknowledges receipt of this notice. It is not marketing consent or explicit consent to international transfers. Declining closes the notice without submitting or storing your form details as a registration request.
